Thanksgiving weekend is actually a great time for a wedding. With the right advanced planning, relatives can travel in from out-of-town, eat a fantastic Thanksgiving meal on Thursday, have a rehearsal on Friday and wedding on Saturday. That is exactly what my special bride & groom, Sarah & Kevin did this past weekend.
Thanksgiving weekend weddings are often money-savers as well, because facilities are usually not very busy the weekend after Thanksgiving Day. In this case, the Dallas Athletic Club did a fantastic job of helping Sarah have her dream wedding with a Holiday Theme.
