Attention spans are increasingly dependent on constant stimulation and this means video screens. For groups of up to 300 guests, it may require multiple screens with quality sound as well. This can include wireless microphones, speakers, mixers, music players, computer hook-ups, HDMI adapters, splitters, cables and more (don’t forget the gaffer tape!). A lectern (often called a podium) is used at many of these types of events as well.
